In an effort to better address some of the key challenges facing the Arab nations of the Gulf, the KHI has established strategic cores in the areas of health policy, human rights & health, environmental health, medical & public health education, health ethics and science & technology.

Through a unique multidisciplinary approach, the KHI seeks to offer cost-effective, sustainable, and equitable solutions to overcome the deficits in these fields. This will lead to improved health status, customer satisfaction and financial protection from catastrophic health expenditures as well as promote efficient health-related research.
